How much do your services cost?

That would depend on your marketing needs. It would also be determined on how many agents (one to a hundred) you want allocated to your particular campaign. For example: if you need marketing assistance in appointment setting to generate new business or marketing to your present customer base utilizing customer satisfaction surveys the process would be very simple.Our cost usually ranges between $7.00 USD to $14.00 USD per hour. If you provide the leads and prospect lists, there is no additional charge. However, if we are required to provide the leads and prospect list, there will be an additional $1.00 USD per hour on whatever hourly rate of pay is decided on by all parties involved. REMEMBER, this is an ALL INCLUSIVE cost. You do not pay overhead costs like an office rental/leasing, utilities, federal taxes, SUI, FICA, employee withholdings, benefits like vacation, sick time, health insurance, etc. When you factor in such labor and benefit costs, you would be paying well over $20.00 USD to $40.00 USD an hour. Will I be invoiced for your services and how will I pay?

Yes, you will billed/invoiced monthly. This process will be outlined in your contract. The invoice will be emailed directly to you and you will pay the invoice by bank wire transfers directly to our corporate bank account.

If I decide to use your services what happens next?
|

Good question and we’ll try to keep it brief and simple! First, we will attempt to determine your needs based on your services and market area. For instance, if you are needing an agent for appointment setting or to conduct “customer satisfaction survey’s”, we will have to determine the number of agents you will be needing for your campaign. If we are required to provide leads/prospects, we ask that you provide us with the appropriate zip codes for your marketing area. We will have our staff begin pulling leads/prospects from those particular zip codes.Secondly, we will negotiate your price based on the needs and the number of agents your marketing campaign will require. Once this is determined, we will issue you a written contract stipulating what we have agreed to. Thirdly, once the number of agents have been determined and a contract is issued, a deposit of one month in advance is required. So, before we can begin your campaign, we will need your signed contract and the deposit before we launch your campaign. Fourthly, once we receive your signed contract and deposit, an additional two weeks is required to do the training making our agents aware of your product and services. Then we begin another week as a “nesting period”. This is usually when agents are making “test calls” and thereby assuring high quality and professional services to you and your potential clients. Fifthly, once your campaign is launched, it is very important that you, or someone from your company be designated as our “contact person”. Good communications is vital to the success of your campaign. Also, in the beginning, a weekly teleconference will be conducted to make sure we all are communicating with each other. Remember, its worth repeating that “good communications” by all parties involved is crucial. We want your campaign to be successful just as much as you want it to be. After all, we all have an investment in its success, right?
